She has an experience of six years as Senior Student Welfare Officer of the Student Welfare Department of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University covering Medical, Dental, Nursing and College of Allied Health Sciences.

She has a MSc in Applied Psychology from Annamalai University and MSc in Yoga Therapy from the Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University.

She has more than two decades of study and experience in mind related therapies including Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy.

She is a USA certified Law of Attraction Coach and a Neuro Linguistic Program Master Practitioner; Advanced Eriksonian Hypnotist and under training to be an integrated clinical hypnotherapist.

She has conducted motivational seminars for thousands of students in schools and colleges and given talks to corporate and professionals

She is also the District Chairperson of Lions Clubs International with a portfolio of ‘Positive Mental Health’

She has been a member of Lion Clubs International for the past fifteen years and served the society under various portfolios

She has received the Multiple Best Treasurer Award and Par Excellence Awards by the Lions Clubs International and many awards including Mother Theresa Gold Medal Award for Social Service.
